HOA approval – First, Allied will network with your HOA to get approval for your project before we begin. This is an important, time-saving service Allied provides to you, the customer, at no additional charge.
Flooring – We will pour concrete to match the dimensions of your new patio cover. We have options for this as well: regular, brushed concrete; stamped concrete; colored concrete; pavers; decking; and more.
Siding matching – After we frame and build the structure, we install whichever James Hardie® siding and trim product that most conforms to your existing architecture, design and appearance. Our entire team receives quarterly training on the best practices for installation and maintenance of James Hardie siding.
Brick and stone matching – We endeavor to match your existing brick, stone, siding and trim to accomplish a seamless match to your home’s existing appearance.
Shingle matching – We match the exact texture, color and shape of your existing shingles for a smooth transition between your roof and new patio cover.
Cutting back into the roof – This process is like surgery on your home. We identify the best way to “stitch” your roof and patio cover together so the “bumps” and “scars” don’t show. Just like surgery, you must have trained people with experience and technical knowledge to ensure it’s done right!

Federal law requires that individuals receive certain information before renovating more than 6 ft.² of painted surfaces in a room for interior projects or more than 12 ft.² of painted surfaces for exterior projects, window replacement, or demolition for housing, childcare facilities, and schools built before 1978.
