We understand you have service needs and will work quickly to address your concerns. In order to expedite your claim, please complete the Warranty Request Form, attach the required documents, and fax 281-357-1537, Attention: “Warranty Department”. You can also email your forms if you have a way to scan all your documents as PDF files. Emails must go to [email protected]
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN UP FRONT $175.00 SERVICE FEE FOR ALL WARRANTY REQUESTS THAT ARE OVER 180 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PROJECT COMPLETION DATE.
We will start processing your Warranty Request in the order in which it was received. We must have all documents requested on the Warranty Request form before we can submit your warranty request. Please note that any manufacturing replacements/repairs may take longer and are not under our control.
If it’s determined to be under warranty, Allied Siding & Windows (and/or the manufacturer) will cover all additional costs. If it’s determined to NOT be under warranty, the $175.00 Service Fee can be deducted from any proposed repair and labor costs.
